Founder & Head of the Innovation Lab @ Neiman Marcus

Scott is the founder and head of the Neiman Marcus Innovation Lab (iLab). Neiman Marcus is a luxury retailer with 50+ stores, conducting integrated store and online operations, and owns various brands including Bergdorf Goodman and Last Call.

Scott is focused on innovation for the Neiman Marcus Group (NMG). He founded and built the innovation iLab in 2012. Since its inception, the iLab has grown to become the Neiman Marcus hub for innovation projects and has earned a world class reputation for retail innovation. Scott is responsible for leading NMG in evaluating, designing, testing and piloting cutting-edge technologies and applications for luxury retail.

Scott is also working on BYOD initiatives, Wi-Fi/LAN/WAN infrastructure, mobility and digital signage initiatives. Specific projects include a complete Wi-Fi refresh, major WAN upgrades, deploying 8,000+ Apple iOS devices to Neiman Marcus sales associates, Memory Mirror expansion, ChargeItSpot deployments, beacon and mobile app integration and multi language guest network captive portals.
