Rima is an innovation consultant at Italia Innovation Program. Previously she did Digital Strategy and Business Development at Ralph Lauren. Her responsibilities included sourcing and evaluating startups for potential partnerships, as well as conducting research on the fashion tech industry.
Previously, she served as an Equity Research Analyst at Goldman Sachs where she covered the Consumer Staples sector in researching stocks and providing investment recommendations to hedge fund and mutual fund investors. Rima graduated from Barrett, the Honors College at ASU where she majored in Finance with a specialization in Entrepreneurship. She also studied Fashion Marketing at Parsons, the New School for Design.
Rima has served as a mentor at XRC Labs, a New York City based fashion-tech accelerator, and worked with (TBD) in Italy through Innovation Foundries. She has also completed a Nest Professional Fellowship, helping with business development for Darzah, an ethical fashion startup situated in the West Bank.
